I won the local curry comp with your paste. This particular dish I do with chicken meatballs is a crow favourite and now I have the trophy to prove it! The best curry paste ever. So authentic without the nasties/ it’s my go to!
The Green Curry paste was fantastic in my Thai Green Curry. I had also the organic coconut milk and Jasmine brown rice. Everything complimented to a perfect Curry...with extra chilli.
Chook and bunya nut Thai green curry is a favourite. Great flavour and texture combo.
Exceptional, my go to when I can’t be bothered making it myself, plus, it’s better besides. Worth every penny.
I had half a jar of green paste to use up, and 4 skin-on bone-in chicken thighs. The recommended method would be a bit tricky, so I seared the chicken, took it out of the pan then sautéed onion, followed by chopped carrot and beans and a couple of small potatoes. Then put the chicken on top of the veg and added about 550ml of coconut milk and a bit of chicken stock. Into the oven at 160 C for about 30-40 minutes, then serve with jasmine rice. Delicious!

Have a green chicken curry every week. Only use the Church Farm Thai Green Curry Paste. The whole family loves it including the grandkids. It's their number one meal. Include Snow Peas, Green Beans, baby spinach and bean sprouts. It's one of the few meals where they enjoy their greens .

Nothing beats the taste of this green curry. My chicken sausage rolls are a hit with a tablespoon of this sauce added in with the mince.

A bloody banger of a curry paste ! SO full of flavour, uses real local ingredients and spices and without any of the typical additions you find in most curry pastes (added sugar and sunflower oils). Also makes a mean addition to Thai pumpkin soup in the cooler months ! Medicinal and delish.
