Ingredients

Onions, Water, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Vinegar, Spices, Ginger, Lemongrass, Garlic, Chillies, Dried Coconut, Natural Australian Salt, Coconut Oil, Galangal, Tamarind, Kaffir Lime Leaves.

Ideal for

Use to create a traditional Indonesian beef Rendang, marinate chicken or tofu, or add a spoonful to soups for an aromatic spice.

The making of

All our curries are handmade in small batches using fresh and locally grown produce from Northern NSW.

WOW!!! I made this with diced lamb and it was sensational. Honestly it would rival any curry you'd get at a restaurant and it was so easy. We don't like anything too hot but this had just enough spice for us.

Had it for dinner tonight and foolowed the cooking instructions on the jar this time instead of reading it once and thinking I'd remember and got it wrong. So tasty. The meat held the flavour so when I bit into it I got a beautiful flavour experience. Loved it as did my husband. He even said it was the best curry we've ever had that was cooked in the house and I'm not even upset by that 😂.
