Simply the best got sauce on the market. The smokiness sets it apart from the rest. Perfect on eggs, meat, tacos, pizza and more. Have persuaded many friends and family that its first rate too!
So good i use it as my jerky marinade half a bottle to 2 kgs of rump makes the best fatty jerky with a chilli mix gives that good background

Packaging is beautiful, taste is quite spicy but a great after taste that is not diminished by a sugary overtone . Used it in my sticky pork belly recipe . So glad I bought this product

The sauce is a bit too runny and quite a strong vinegar flavour. It wasn’t as hot as we expected either unfortunately.

This hot sauce is absolutely the best accompaniment to fresh oysters and other shell fish meals. I now to choose to always have it nearby whenever I am eating fresh oysters from the shell. I would highly recommend this smoked hot sauce to anyone who enjoys a taste kick to their oysters.
