Ingredients

Vinegar, Spring Water, Tomatoes, Tamari, Coconut Aminos, Apples, Onions, Dates, Ginger, Garlic, Tamarind, Spices, Turmeric, Natural Australian Salt, Coconut Sugar, Chillies.

Ideal for

A great companion to meats, lentils, beans and eggs. Add to bolognese, lasagna, savoury mince, shepherd’s pie or your favourite slow cooked meal for a savoury kick. A fantastic marinade for beef jerky and roasted or grilled meats.

The making of

All our sauces are small-batch and handmade in Billinudgel by a small passionate team.

The sauces are made with fresh ingredients chargrilled over coals with homegrown lemon myrtle leaves for maximum flavour.

The everything sauce. We use it in casseroles, soups, stews. As a replacement when things like chutney, Worcester, bbq or tomato sauce are missing from the pantry. On quiches, steaks, homemade burgers, as a sauce. And as a secret ingredient in sticky chicken wings, bbq ribs, anything really. It’s a staple in our household and we devour it.
