Guacamole
with our Billinudgel Green Mojo Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 2 tbsp Church Farm Billinudgel Green Mojo Sauce
- Juice of half a lime
- Salt
- Chopped fresh coriander, for garnish
Method:
- Slice the avocados in half, take out the pit, then scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Add the CF Green Mojo Sauce and mash it all together.
- Season with lime juice and salt.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve as a dip with corn chips, in tacos, or alongside your favourite Mexican dish.
