Guacamole

Guacamole
with our Billinudgel Green Mojo Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tbsp Church Farm Billinudgel Green Mojo Sauce
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Salt
  • Chopped fresh coriander, for garnish

 

Method:

  1. Slice the avocados in half, take out the pit, then scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the CF Green Mojo Sauce and mash it all together.
  3. Season with lime juice and salt.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  5. Serve as a dip with corn chips, in tacos, or alongside your favourite Mexican dish.
