Chillies, Vinegar, Water, Onions, Garlic, Dried Chillies, Salt.

Ideal for

Great on eggs, with Mexican food, on an oyster, with meats or in a Bloody Mary! Add to stir fries, soups, roast veggies, and mashed potato for a chilli lift. Bloody hot, bloody good.

The making of

All our sauces are small-batch and handmade in Billinudgel by a small passionate team.

The sauces are made with fresh ingredients chargrilled over coals with homegrown lemon myrtle leaves for maximum flavour.

The kind of sauce grown men love! Our chilli and hot food lover of the household uses this in, and on anything - homemade pies, steak, sausages, eggs, anything cooked on the bbq. I’m sure it’s sneaked into other things too.
