Potato Bake
with our Billinudgel Brown Sauce
Ingredients
- 1kg Starchy potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 Onion, thinly sliced
- 300g Pouring cream
- 2 Cups Grated cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp Church Farm Billinudgel Brown Sauce
- Salt and pepper
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a backing tray combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Cover with foil and bake for an hour until the potatoes are soft.
- Uncover and bake for a further 20 minutes until the top is golden.
