Potato Bake
with our Billinudgel Brown Sauce


  • 1kg Starchy potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 Onion, thinly sliced
  • 300g Pouring cream
  • 2 Cups Grated cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp Church Farm Billinudgel Brown Sauce
  • Salt and pepper



  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a backing tray combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Cover with foil and bake for an hour until the potatoes are soft.
  4. Uncover and bake for a further 20 minutes until the top is golden.
