Cafe de Billi Butter
with our Billinudgel Brown Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 block butter, chopped
- 3 Tbsp Church Farm Billinudgel Brown Sauce
- 1 Tbsp chives, finely chopped
METHOD:
- Place butter in a bowl and bring to room temperature, then mix well with Church Farm Billinudgel Brown Sauce and chives.
- Place seasoned butter onto a sheet of baking paper and roll up, twisting the end to form a roll.
- Refrigerate until hardened and then cut into rounds.
- Bring to room temperature before laying onto grilled steak, or add to boiled potatoes.
- Leftover butter can be frozen for later use.
