Cafe de Billi Butter
with our Billinudgel Brown Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 block butter, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp Church Farm Billinudgel Brown Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp chives, finely chopped

 

METHOD:

  1. Place butter in a bowl and bring to room temperature, then mix well with Church Farm Billinudgel Brown Sauce and chives.
  2. Place seasoned butter onto a sheet of baking paper and roll up, twisting the end to form a roll.
  3. Refrigerate until hardened and then cut into rounds.
  4. Bring to room temperature before laying onto grilled steak, or add to boiled potatoes.
  5. Leftover butter can be frozen for later use.
