BBQ Green Mojo Chicken

BBQ Green Mojo Chicken 
with our Billinudgel Green Mojo Sauce


  • 1 whole chicken 
  • 200ml bottle of CF Green Mojo Sauce
  • Salt



  1. Butterfly the chicken by removing the backbone and pushing the chicken flat. Pour over Church Farm Billinudgel Green Mojo Sauce and marinate for 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Cook chicken on your BBQ of choice (gas, wood, coal).  Season the chicken with salt, then start cooking skin side up. 
  3. Once half cooked through, flip to skin side down and bbq until nicely charred and the chicken is cooked through. The juices should run clear in the thigh joint.
  4. Carve and serve with more Green Mojo Sauce.
