BBQ Green Mojo Chicken
with our Billinudgel Green Mojo Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 200ml bottle of CF Green Mojo Sauce
- Salt
Method:
- Butterfly the chicken by removing the backbone and pushing the chicken flat. Pour over Church Farm Billinudgel Green Mojo Sauce and marinate for 4 hours or overnight.
- Cook chicken on your BBQ of choice (gas, wood, coal). Season the chicken with salt, then start cooking skin side up.
- Once half cooked through, flip to skin side down and bbq until nicely charred and the chicken is cooked through. The juices should run clear in the thigh joint.
- Carve and serve with more Green Mojo Sauce.
