Thai Fish Cakes
with our Thai Green Curry Paste and Sweet Chilli Sauce
Ingredients
(Serves 4)
- 500g Firm white fish, cut into chunks
- 12 Green or snake beans, chopped
- 1 Egg
- 3 Tbsp Church Farm Thai Green Curry paste
- Olive oil
- Sliced cucumber, to serve
- Sliced shallot, to serve
- Church Farm Sweet Chilli Sauce, to serve
METHOD:
- Place fish, beans, egg, and Church Farm Thai Green Curry paste in a blender and pulse until roughly blended.
- Slap it into a bowl a few times to develop its texture.
- Form the paste into little patties and shallow fry in olive oil until golden brown.
- Serve with Church Farm Sweet Chilli Sauce for dipping and fresh sliced cucumber and shallot.
