Thai Fish Cakes

Thai Fish Cakes
with our Thai Green Curry Paste and Sweet Chilli Sauce

(Serves 4)

  • 500g Firm white fish, cut into chunks
  • 12 Green or snake beans, chopped
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Tbsp Church Farm Thai Green Curry paste
  • Olive oil
  • Sliced cucumber, to serve 
  • Sliced shallot, to serve
  • Church Farm Sweet Chilli Sauce, to serve



  1. Place fish, beans, egg, and Church Farm Thai Green Curry paste in a blender and pulse until roughly blended.
  2. Slap it into a bowl a few times to develop its texture.
  3. Form the paste into little patties and shallow fry in olive oil until golden brown.
  4. Serve with Church Farm Sweet Chilli Sauce for dipping and fresh sliced cucumber and shallot.
