Spaghetti and Meatballs

Spaghetti and Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 jar CF Tomato Passata
  • 500g beef mince
  • Good pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Olive oil to fry
  • Cooked spaghetti to serve

 

Method:

  1. In a bowl add beef mince salt garlic powder and paprika and mix everything with your hands then form into meatballs and set aside.
  2. Heat up oil in a fry pan on medium high heat and add in your meat balls, fry on 3-4 minutes before turning and frying for another 3-4 minutes then remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In a sauce pan add in your tomato passata and extra 1/4 cup of water to help clean out the jar, bring to a simmer and add in meat balls.
  4. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until sauce is reduced and meatballs are cooked through, serve with spaghetti and as much Parmesan as your heart desires!
