Spaghetti and Meatballs

Ingredients

1 jar CF Tomato Passata
- 500g beef mince
- Good pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Olive oil to fry
- Cooked spaghetti to serve
Method:

In a bowl add beef mince salt garlic powder and paprika and mix everything with your hands then form into meatballs and set aside.

Heat up oil in a fry pan on medium high heat and add in your meat balls, fry on 3-4 minutes before turning and frying for another 3-4 minutes then remove from the pan and set aside.

In a sauce pan add in your tomato passata and extra 1/4 cup of water to help clean out the jar, bring to a simmer and add in meat balls.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until sauce is reduced and meatballs are cooked through, serve with spaghetti and as much Parmesan as your heart desires!
