Red Thai Curry Crispy Rice Paper Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 5 shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup red cabbage
  • 1 tbsp CF Thai Red Curry Paste
  • Rice paper sheets
  • Oil for frying

 

Method:

  1. In a food processor, add in your shiitake mushrooms, cabbage and curry paste. Blitz until well combined
  2. Lightly wet rice paper sheets and add 1-2 tbsp of mixture into the centre, fold the sides in on each-other to make a square and then proceed to wet another rice paper sheet and double wrap your dumpling continue this until all the mixture is used.
  3. Lightly oil a pan on medium low heat and fry your dumplings for 3-4 minutes each side
  4. Lastly serve with toppings of choice I did soy sauce shallots, coriander, fresh chilli and lime!
