Prawn Cocktail Salad
with our Billinudgel Smoked Hot Sauce and Brown Sauce
Ingredients
(Serves 4)
- 500g Cooked prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 Iceberg lettuce, cut into chunks
- 2 Avocados, sliced
- 2 tbsp Church Farm Tomato Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Church Farm Billinudgel Smoked Hot Sauce
- 2 tsp Church Farm Billinudgel Brown Sauce

4 tbsp Whole egg mayonnaise
Method
1. Make the seafood sauce by combing the Church Farm Tomato Ketchup, Church Farm Billinudgel Smoked Hot Sauce, Church Farm Billinudgel Brown Sauce and mayonnaise.
2. Arrange the lettuce, avocado and prawns in a salad bowl or platter and dress generously with the seafood sauce. Serve with lemon wedges.
