Glazed Christmas Ham
with our Sweet Chilli Sauce


  • 1 leg ham, whole or half
  • 350ml bottle of CF Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • Water



  1. Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Remove rind from ham leaving the fat.  Keep rind for covering your leftover ham. Cut diagonal lines in the fat being carful not to cut into the meat.
  3. Rub over the Church Farm Sweet chill sauce.

  4. Place ham on a wire rack in a baking tray and pour in a cup of water. Place in the bottom rack of the oven and cook.  Baste with Sweet Chilli Sauce every 20 minutes.

  5. Cook for 1-1 1/2 hours until the glaze is golden and the ham is heated through.

  6. Carve and serve warm.
