Chimichurri Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flat leaf parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1 French shallot (finely diced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1-2 tbsp CF Bloody Hot Sauce (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Steak (one piece per person)

 

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl. Mix well until combined and season with salt & pepper to taste.
  2. Cook one piece of steak per person to your preference (we love medium rare).
  3. Slice & top with chimichurri.
