Chimichurri Steak

Ingredients
- 1 cup flat leaf parsley (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup coriander (finely chopped)
- 1 French shallot (finely diced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1-2 tbsp CF Bloody Hot Sauce (to taste)
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt & Pepper

Steak (one piece per person)
Method:

Place all ingredients into a bowl. Mix well until combined and season with salt & pepper to taste.
- Cook one piece of steak per person to your preference (we love medium rare).
- Slice & top with chimichurri.
