Braised Beef Ribs with BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
- 1kg beef ribs
- 1/4 cup Church Farm Barbecue Sauce
- 1 tsp Urban Forager beef stock concentrate
- 1/2 cup water
Slaw:
- 1/2 red cabbage thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp good fat mayo
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Method:
- Preheat oven to 120 degrees, place ribs bone side up in a baking dish and place oven barbecue sauce and smooth over covering all sides.
- Add beef stock concentrate to the dish alongside water and mix, cover the dish with aluminium foil and bake for 3 hours.

Turn ribs over and cook for cook uncovered for the last 20 minutes.

Mix all slaw ingredients together and set aside.
- Once ribs are done serve alongside slaw and enjoy!
