Braised Beef Ribs with BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

Slaw: 

  • 1/2 red cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp good fat mayo
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

 

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 120 degrees, place ribs bone side up in a baking dish and place oven barbecue sauce and smooth over covering all sides.
  2. Add beef stock concentrate to the dish alongside water and mix, cover the dish with aluminium foil and bake for 3 hours.
  3. Turn ribs over and cook for cook uncovered for the last 20 minutes.
  4. Mix all slaw ingredients together and set aside.
  5. Once ribs are done serve alongside slaw and enjoy!
