BBQ Skewers
with our Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
- 500g Chicken thighs, chopped
- 300g Bacon, sliced
- 1/2 Pineapple, chopped
- 100g Mushroom, sliced
- 1 Red onion, chopped
- 3 Capsicum, chopped
- EVOO
- 1 bottle of Church Farm Barbecue Sauce
- Salt, to taste
Method:
- Let’s get chopping! Slice and dice all those tasty ingredients into bite-sized pieces. Remember when it comes to the chicken, make sure to chop them up into similar sizes so they all cook up at the same rate.
- Time to assemble these bad boys onto skewers. If you’re using bamboo skewers, don’t forget to soak them beforehand to avoid any fiery situations on the grill.
- Now for the saucy part! Drizzle some EVOO and generously slather that Church Farm Barbecue Sauce all over those skewers. Trust us, this sauce is the real deal, packed with deliciousness.
- Fire up the grill and let’s get these skewers sizzling. Don’t forget to season them up with a sprinkle of salt. We want those flavours to really pop!
- Keep turning those skewers until you’ve got some beautiful char marks and the meats have cooked through.
- Serve these mouth-watering skewers straight off the grill, ready to be devoured alongside all your other BBQ goodies.
